A beautiful set of 4 vintage Marius glasses, designed by Finnish designer Markku Salo for Nuutajärvi. The Marius series was produced in Finland from 1985–2000 and is known for its distinctive combination of clear glass and a softly frosted/matte lower section.
These glasses have a generous 33 cl capacity and work beautifully as beer glasses, wine glasses, or versatile drinking glasses. Their simple yet sculptural form makes them a lovely example of Finnish glass design from the late 20th century.
