A beautiful vintage Arabia Finland Kangasvuokko wall plate, designed by renowned Finnish designer Toivo G. Utriainen.
The plate features Kangasvuokko (Pulsatilla vernalis), the regional flower of South Karelia (Etelä-Karjala). The delicate pink-and-white flowers are beautifully illustrated against a soft blue sky and green Finnish landscape, creating a charming piece of Scandinavian botanical design.
The plate belongs to Arabia's Maakuntakukat (Regional Flowers) series designed by Toivo G. Utriainen. The octagonal series dates from 1993 and depicts Finland's regional flowers, together with the national flower, lily of the valley.
The original white hanging cord is still present, making the piece ready to display as wall decor.
Its octagonal shape, botanical artwork and distinctly Finnish subject make it a lovely addition to a Nordic vintage interior, Scandinavian gallery wall or Finnish design collection.
