What is Äntligen Vintage?
Äntligen Vintage is an online vintage shop that was founded by Vilja, a Finn living in the Netherlands, who noticed a clear gap in the market: second-hand items were often worn or low quality, while true vintage pieces came with high price tags. She set out to create something different: offering carefully selected, high-quality vintage at accessible prices.
Sourcing directly from Finland, Äntligen Vintage focuses on timeless pieces with lasting value, including sought-after Finnish brands like Arabia, Riihimäen Lasi, and Iittala, as well as designs by famous Finnish designers such as Nanny Still, Kaj Franck, and Tapio Wirkkala.

How are products packaged and shipped?
At the checkout, you are able to choose a delivery method, e.g, PostNord. After we have received your order, we will process it within 3 business days. We pack all of our items with care, using recycled packaging materials whenever possible. All packages have tracking codes, and you will be updated via email or SMS depending on the carrier. If you ever have any questions, we will happily help!
Can products be returned? How?
Yes, they can. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive the product.
If you would like to make a return, send us a message, and we will arrange the return process for you. Please note that the return shipping cost is the same as the original shipping and is the responsibility of the buyer. Once the return shipping cost has been paid, we will send you a return label.
The return process is as follows:
1. Pack the items securely, in their original packaging.
2. Attach the provided return label to the parcel.
3. Drop off the package at the carrier's delivery point.
Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them. If the items are in good condition, we will process a refund for the product(s). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How can I contact customer service?

Why are shipping costs so high?
We are a Dutch company, but we source, store and ship our items from Finland. This way we are able to keep product costs low, but shipping from Finland is more expensive (compared to NL). Nevertheless, often the total amount you pay at check out is still more affordable than at other sellers.
What's the difference between vintage and antique?
Generally, antiques are items that are over 100 years old. Vintage items, on the other hand, are typically 20-100 years old, often representing a specific era or style. You'll find both in our selection!
How is the condition of the products described?
We strive to describe the condition of each product as accurately as possible in the product description and with detailed images. We use clear photos and mention any signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, or fading. Remember that vintage and antique items often have a lived history, and minor imperfections are part of their charm and story.
